I went in today for my first haircut in months, and had no idea what to do. I was THAT awful customer... But the lady working- I didn't get her name- didn't seem bothered at all. She was so kind, above and beyond what I've ever gotten from a hair salon. Excellent customer service and my hair turned out great!
